SBS website and admin panel

A public website and the private system that runs the company.

Overview

For SBS (Smart Business Solutions) I built two things, on my own and end to end: an Arabic-first bilingual marketing website that brings customers in, and a private admin panel the team uses to run the company, from the first enquiry to the last payment. Both run on Next.js, and the admin panel installs on a phone as a PWA.

What I built

  • An Arabic-first marketing website in Arabic and English, with full right-to-left support
  • Lead capture: every consultation request from the site lands straight in the CRM
  • A sales pipeline that moves each lead from contacted to customer
  • Invoices with partial payments and monthly billing
  • Private file storage for each client
  • Team accounts with role-based permissions and a full change history
  • Reports for the business
  • A mobile-first, installable PWA for the admin panel

Results

  • A live bilingual website at sbs2026.com
  • A private admin panel covering the pipeline, invoices and partial payments, client files, permissions and reports
  • An installable app the team can open from their phones
  • Website and admin panel built by one engineer, as one system
